In this study we looked at Psalm 119:1-8 and pausing to consider the purpose of the Psalm, and questions that we can ask ourselves from every a quick reading of it;

• Are we undefiled?
• Do we walk in the law of the Lord?
• Do we seek Him with our whole heart?

This study ended with a practical challenge to take just one verse of Psalm 119 each day, and meditate upon it throughout the day;

• Start at breakfast
• Remind yourself mid-morning of the verse
• Then again at lunchtime
• Then in the afternoon
• Then as you sit to eat your evening meal
• Then in the evening
• And finally, when you go to bed
