Sim took on responsibility for pastoring DCF in January 2023, having previously served as a youth leader and music team leader in the church. He lives in Deal along with his wife, Siân, and son.

In addition to pastoral responsibilities among the church family, and in leadership of the church, Sim teaches our Sunday morning Bible study most weeks. During the week, he has a full time job as a project manager in the consumer electronics industry.
