Covid-19 Vaccines

This study was taught at our Sunday evening service by Sim Forder, one of our pastors, on the 27th December 2020. You can listen to the audio on this web page or save it for later listening.

In this study we looked at the some of the most frequently raised concerns with the Covid-19 vaccines; government control, safety, and the moral issues around the use of aborted foetal cells.

The reason for talking about this is because some that believe the coronavirus vaccine should not be taken by Christians on Biblical, safety or moral grounds. However, the conclusion that the leadership of this church are fully confident on, is that there are no Biblical, safety or moral objections that should prevent Christians from taking a coronavirus vaccine.

This study explains the background to the questions raised, and provides detail on why we are confident in our conclusion.

We also highly commend the following resources for those wanting to read further on this important and timely subject:

Additionally, there are several news articles that were referenced in the study, and are linked below as they show the devastating effect that false information can have. Note that these are not written from a Christian perspective, but are helpful in understanding the situation around us:

  1. thank you Sim for your sermon on this subject. It has helped to enlighten me, and to guide my thoughts onto the correct path in what is a very difficult situation and worrying times we find ourselves in. God Bless you and your works.

  2. Wow, just listened to this. An excellent well reasoned and biblical perspective on the subject which is backed up by up to date and relevant opinions on the subject who are in the medical field. A really helpful study which I would recommend to anyone who needs clear guidance on this important topic.
