Have you ever had an argument at Christmas? Whether it’s the stress at work, the burnt offering that is Christmas dinner, or poor Wi-Fi, we so easily see our sin at this time of year. And often that’s in our words. But some 33 years after that first Christmas, Jesus, even when He was falsely accused and beaten, still didn’t retaliate in words or actions. Yet, He didn’t only set an example, but gave us instruction on how to live. And not only gave us instruction, but promised help (through His Holy Spirit) to all those who put their faith and trust in Him as their Saviour.

The important question is do you know Him as your Saviour? If you do, He will help you in the midst of your temptations, and when you’re on the receiving end of an unfair comment or remark.
