About this series

Our God is not unknowable, or evasive. In fact, He wants us to know Him. He wants us to know what He is like. He has revealed Himself to us, and has given us His Word. So what is God like? That’s the question we’re going to answer in part. In part, because we’re going to look at just 7 of God’s attributes. But by the end of this series, we will hopefully have a better understanding of who He is, and, what He is like.

About this study

At its most simple, grace is unmerited favour. Compared to mercy which is not getting what we deserve, grace is getting what we don’t deserve – in a very good way! Another way of describing it is an often used, but very helpful way of remembering what Christian grace comes down which is the acronym G.R.A.C.E. – that is, God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense. So, what should our response be?
